A whole red Mexican Jalapeño is stuffed with spicy red cheddar full fat cheese, coated in a fine golden crumb with specs of chilli flakes.
To Oven Cook: Preheat oven to 240°C. Spread on a baking tray and place in oven for 8-9 mins.
To Deep Fry: Fry in pre-heated cooking oil at 180°C for 4 minutes. Remove the pieces from the fryer, drain well and leave to stand for 1-2 mins before serving. (or longer if too hot to handle).
Ensure product is piping hot before serving. For best results, cook from frozen.
