These ribs are cooked low and slow to keep the meat juicy and tender, drawing out their incredible taste. A sweet and smokey BBQ sauce is added to further intensify the flavour.
INGREDIENTS
Pork Rib Rack (91%), BBQ Sauce [Sugar, Water, Tomato Purée, Spirit Vinegar, Cornflour, Cane Molasses, Smoked Paprika, Caramelised Sugar Syrup, Salt, Garlic Powder, Cayenne Pepper, Ground Coriander, Onion Powder, Black Pepper].
Defrost Instructions: Defrost in a refrigerator overnight and keep refrigerated until use. Use within 3 days of defrost. Once opened, use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze.
Oven:
Cook from defrost only.
Remove all packaging and separate the rib racks prior to cooking.
Pre-heat oven to 180°C. Place on a tray and cover with aluminium foil. Cook for 18-20 minutes. Remove foil and cook for a further 4-6 minutes.
